What is a Regeneration Retreat?
Regeneration Retreats include 4 important components: physical exercise, mindfulness practice, nutrition, and rest. All of our programs at Concordia Eco Resort offer:
- First-class healthy meal preparation

At Concordia Eco Resort you will be given a nutrition and exercise template that will serve you your whole life. The most important thing for us is that you take all of what the Regeneration experience can offer and continue with it after you leave St. John.
Meet Bill Troy - Wellness Director and Athletic Coach
Bill Troy is a world-class champion athlete and NSCA-certified personal trainer with over 35 years of experience. He is 71 years old and has completed over 300 Triathlons and IRONMAN competitions, frequently winning his age group.
Bill has devoted his career to empowering others to thrive in the second half of life. Coach Bill’s philosophy of health and wellness emphasizes a balanced approach to healthy nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and life-long learning.

Join our open water swim camp. Develop and improve your open-water swimming skills in St. John, US Virgin Islands. Experience pristine, calm, protected conditions, and breathe the cleanest air in the world. Whether you are new to open-water swimming or an IRONMAN veteran, this camp is for you. You will enjoy 7 unforgettable group open-water swims. You will also receive instructions in:
- Open-water specific swimming skills

What should I bring with me for the Swim Camp?
To make the Swim Camp the best experience possible, we recommend you bring the following:
- bathing suit(s)
- goggles (2 pairs)
- swim cap
- reef-friendly sunscreen
- light-weight hiking footwear (there will be a short hike to the beach)
- workout clothing for strength training and yoga
- sunglasses
- hat
- refillable water bottle
- water shoes

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required upon reservation, and the full payment will be due 30 days before the retreat.
